Mahr Federal Digital Electronic Indicator, model EDI-10102 (US version, standard resolution).

It is a compact inductive digital comparator/indicator for precision comparative and linear measurements in machining, inspection, and fixture gaging. It is part of Mahr Federal’s older µMaxµm series (discontinued but still supported for calibration/repair). “UMaximum 3 Volt” refers to its power source (3 V lithium coin-cell batteries); “NSNP” is typically a seller or inventory code (e.g., New/Surplus/Not Packaged or similar).
