Flex-O-Lite 2009036 (Model 1930) is a 12V DC arrow control box / warning lamp controller used with arrow boards or arrow panels.

It is an electronic control module that selects and drives sequential or flashing arrow patterns (left, right, double, caution/bar, etc.) on traffic-direction warning lights. These are typically mounted on trucks, trailers, or portable equipment at roadwork/construction sites to direct traffic. It is categorized as an Arrow Signal Control and is also associated with A. Lukens Co.

Simple parts description:

12V Arrow Board Control Box – selects and powers sequential/flashing arrow warning patterns for traffic control panels.
