Used OKUMA Fixture Change Request Operator Control Panel, part number E5409-019-421.

This operator control panel was removed from a functional operating system and is a genuine industrial machine control component. Designed for operator interaction with fixture change and machining operations, this panel features multiple selector switches, illuminated pushbuttons, and indicator lights for machine status and process control.

An excellent replacement part for maintenance departments, CNC machine repair facilities, industrial automation technicians, or anyone servicing compatible OKUMA equipment.
