Description:

This Weld Engineering PS-2 A/P portable flux recovery system is designed for submerged arc welding (SAW) operations to efficiently recover unused welding flux from the weld area. The unit uses compressed air to generate vacuum suction, allowing operators to collect, separate, and reuse flux while automatically separating fused slag.

The PS-2 A/P (air-powered version) is commonly used in fabrication shops, structural welding environments, and heavy manufacturing applications to reduce material waste and cleanup time while improving flux reuse efficiency. The system features an internal separation chamber that isolates slag from reusable flux and stores recovered material in an onboard hopper for reuse.
